Technical Support and Operations Specialist

Spartan RC is hiring. We have a unique full time opportunity for someone who can't get enough RC in their spare time! We are offering a very competitive package and friendly working environment to the right candidate.

You will be responsible for:
• Providing front line customer support and guidance on how to get the best performance from Spartan products.
• Manage entire sales cycle for our trade customers.
• Assist in the product return and testing process.
• Manage production stock levels and assist in production operations.
• Keep up with current RC helicopter market trends and identify sales and product development opportunities.

Essential skills:
• Excellent understanding of model helicopters and electronic RC products.
• Competent pilot. Though 3D flying skills are not essential, competence indicates a level of involvement and overall experience in RC helicopters.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Competent computer user.

Desirable skills:
• Past sales experience.
• Knowledge of overseas trading.

Salary: £20000 - £35000 depending on experience.
Location: Spartan RC office in Didcot, Oxfordshire, England.
