Follow the instructions below if your Flash-Link is not detected by our software and Windows no longer prompts you to install the driver.

You will need to find the Flash-Link in your computer's Device Manager and remove it. Depending on the operating system you use the following steps may somewhat vary.

• Leave the Flash-Link plugged to your computer.
• Click on "Start", then "Settings", then "Control Panel".
• Select "Classic View".
• Double-click to open the "Device Manager".
• Open the category "Universal Serial Bus controllers".
• Right-click on "Flash-Link" and select "Uninstall".
• Once the uninstall is completed unplug the Flash-Link from the computer.
• You may now install the Flash-Link drivers which are available on the Flash-Link product page.
