When will you reply to my support ticket?
Answer

We aim to reply to support tickets within one business day but it can occasionally take a bit longer if our technical staff are out of office.

Our business days are Monday to Friday. Please note that our office is closed during [UK Bank Holidays] and for 2-3 weeks during the summer months. Please check the News box on the Spartan home page for the exact summer closure dates.
