Tareq has been flying helicopters since the Summer of 2005 and he certainly knows how to please the crowds. We first met Tareq at 3D master 2008 where he gave one of the most entertaining flights of the weekend. At his Helista magazine interview Tareq remarked: “To have fun, and to make sure the spectators are having fun. I try not to think about the number of points I earn or how the judges score my flight. I just try to be at my best, relax, and hope that my equipment will perform well.”

At the same interview and almost a year before Tareq joined the Team Spartan he replied: "My preferred gyro is the Spartan DS760. The piro rates are very consistent, it performs great, and the company is very supportive."
