To contact Spartan RC please create a customer support ticket following the instructions below.

  • Spartan Online Store - The online store operates independently of our manufacturing business. For any queries related to ordering online please use the stores messaging interface [here].
     
  • Technical - For technical questions, check-ups, service, repairs, spare parts and warranty returns. Before sending us your questions please spend a moment to browse through our online [knowledge base]. No matter how unusual it may appear to be, more than 90% of the questions we get have been asked before. If you require help with computer software and drivers be very specific about every steps you followed providing the exact messages displayed on your computer screen.
     
  • Trade Enq. - Use this only if you are a model shop wanting to stock our products. Please remember to include your business/shop name, country and website address if available.
