Terms and conditions of access The terms and conditions of access to the Spartan RC website are set out below. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. Access to the Spartan RC website Spartan RC will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. Linking to the Spartan RC website Linking to the Spartan RC website is allowed to web pages only. Direct "Hot linking" (also known as Remote Linking) to material hosted on the Spartan RC website such as photographs, videos, software or other content is considered bandwidth theft and is prohibited. 7. Communications We may from time to time contact you via the email address you provided on our website. Subscription to product updates, new product announcements and special offers is automatic but you can adjust your preferences via the "product & user registration" system. In addition all our newsletters include instructions on how to unsubscribe and you will not receive the newsletter again. 8. Abuse Website users shall not disrupt, place unreasonable burdens or excessive loads on, computer systems, servers, or networks. Additionally website users shall not create excessive number of support tickets in an attempt to consume computer resources and the time of Spartan RC staff. Any actions that are intended to consume our computer or human recourses and therefore affect the services we provide via the Spartan RC website will be considered a denial-of-service attack (DoS attack) and action will be taken to eliminate such threat. 9.
